Application for Participation
After filling out the application form, send ① application form and ② copy of business registration card (for issuing tax invoice) by e-mail or Fax
How to pay the participation fee
Exhibitors must pay 50% of the participation fee (booth cost), including VAT, as a deposit within two weeks of submitting the application form. The remaining 50% must be paid by the final payment deadline.
※ Final payment deadline: By Saturday, May 31, 2025
For applications submitted after the final payment deadline, 100% of the participation fee (booth cost) must be paid at the time of application.

Discount policy for participation fee
Early Bird Application DiscountSpecial Discount
· 220USD / booth
· Applies if application and down payment is completed by March 31, 2025
Bulk discount 3-year consecutive participation discount
· 250USD / booth
· Applies if 6 or more booths are applied for
· 150USD / booth
· Applies if continuous participation since 2023
* Early bird and special discounts cannot be combined (choose either bulk discount or consecutive participation discount). / The above discounts only apply to booth fees.
